If you wish your item to be delivered with a different courier service eg: Fedex, DHL etc, please contact us for arrangement.

Items will be sent within 3 working days after orders are received. For local customers, we will be using Standard Mail, Yamato Compact and Yupack. Tracking number will not be provided for items sent via standard mail and there is no insurance. Free shipping will be included for purchases of 18500yen and above. Yes! You can request for a custom order with a minimum of 3 skeins for one colorway or 1 skein if it's a semi solid colorway. Custom orders are limited within the colorways that we offer. Please check out colorways page for more info and contact us when you are ready to order!
