Do you ship internationally?Yes! We ship within Japan and overseas. For international shipping, we use Japan Post International ePacket. It is insured up to ¥6000, tracked and takes about 1-4 weeks to reach you. For more information, please visit Japan Post. To check if Japan Post ships to your country, please see this list. If you wish your item to be delivered with a different courier service eg: Fedex, DHL etc, please contact us for arrangement.

What is your shipping policy?Items will be sent within 3 working days after orders are received. For local customers, we will be using Standard Mail, Yamato Compact and Yupack. Tracking number will not be provided for items sent via standard mail and there is no insurance. Free shipping will be included for purchases of 18500yen and above. We do not take responsibility for damaged goods and lost of items during posting. However, we ensure that orders are packed properly before posting. All items are shipped and tracking number will be provided for overseas customers. We do not take responsibility for damaged and lost of item during shipment. However, we ensure that orders are packed properly before posting. If your order does not arrive after 4 weeks, please contact us immediately with your tracking number and we will look into the case.

How often do you restock?We aim to update the store at least once every 2 months. Please join our mailing list to be updated about restocks and promotions!

Do you take custom orders?Yes! You can request for a custom order with a minimum of 3 skeins for one colorway or 1 skein if it's a semi solid colorway. Custom orders are limited within the colorways that we offer. Please check out colorways page for more info and contact us when you are ready to order!

Where do you source your materials from?We source our materials from various suppliers. We ensure that our yarns are of highest quality, eco friendly and sourced materials obtained from mills that have the best farming practises.
